Payment & Terms

There is a minimum order value of £500, or the equivalent to local currency. 

We kindly request 100% payment in advance of shipping your order.

Once an order is placed, our lovely warehouse team start working on it as soon as possible, your order will usually dispatched within 24-48 hours, so we’re unable to update or change orders once they have been placed. 

Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, Bank Transfer 

Account terms

We regret that we are unable to offer payment terms. If this is something you would like to discuss please get in touch. 

Shipping

We endeavour to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them if all items are in stock. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. If you need to receive your order urgently, please let us know, we will always try to help if we can. 

If availability is low on ordered styles then there is a risk that this item will be unavailable to ship to you, we will therefore offer you an exchange or credit for any items that have become unavailable. 

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and will be added separately to your order total. Shipping charges are based on the weight. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to our chosen carrier.

Returns

Whilst we carefully examine each order prior to shipment, we know that problems can occur, please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you wish to return goods for any reason, we must be notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, these will be replaced or credited. We regret that we are not be able to refund or credit any goods after this period of time.

Force Majeure Event

Neither side will be held responsible for not meeting their responsibilities under the contract if something unexpected and out of their control (a "Force Majeure Event") causes a delay or stops them from doing so. The deadline to fulfil those responsibilities will be pushed back to allow for the delay. However, if the delay goes on for more than 4 weeks, the unaffected side can end the contract by giving the other side 7 days' written notice.

Exclusivity

We regret that we are unable to offer exclusivity within specific areas. If you have particular concerns around this please do speak to our friendly customer support team.

Termination

A&R may terminate the contract immediately by giving written notice to the Customer if the Customer fails to pay any amount due under the contract by the due date for payment. This is in addition to any other actions A&R can take.
